Unethical service to customers: Boomerang to organization

Is it really impossible to provide customer service following all the rules and regulations?

There is a common phenomenon in the competitive industries to provide illegal and unethical advantages to some customers in the name of retaining them. Senior executives make the juniors (sometimes enforce) to do so without any written or documented consent. After a while when there is any compliance issue the junior executives are suffered as there is no proof of seniors engagement in the incident. In the banking sector of Bangladesh, we have seen some incidents in the recent past where juniors were framed but the guilty was saved and bank suffered loss due to bad loans.

I believe, if the regulatory agencies regularly take some measures or operate undercover investigations these so-called executives would have stopped these unethical tasks. Ultimately, the organization will be saved from a big loss that could have resulted from the activities of these ethicless executives.
